High Point Development

High Point Development is managed by Paul Schneier, who has worked in New Jersey’s homebuilding industry for more than 25 years.

Before collaborating with Somerset Development, Schneier served for nearly six years as president of the Northeast Corridor Division of Pulte Group, encompassing Pulte Homes, Centex, and Del Webb. He previously served as president of Beazer Homes USA in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York, and held significant positions with Hovnanian Homes and Pinnacle Communities.

Across these roles, Schneier led organizations that delivered thousands of homes throughout the region. Developments completed under his leadership include award-winning single-family communities in Warren, Hillsborough, and Raritan townships in New Jersey.
